DSCT coronary imaging: Clinical case #A1

A 51-year-old man suffers from severe dyspnea with sudden onset. There are several risk factors including hypertension, dyslipidemia and smoking stopped in the past. The bicycle stress test was equivocal. The patient was sent for dual-source CT examination of the coronary arteries.
DSCT coronary angiography was performed at an average heart rate of 98 bpm, a pitch of 0,4 and scan time of 7 seconds.
