DSCT coronary imaging: Clinical case #A2

A 68-year-old man presented with dyspnea and angina pectoris. There are several risk factors including family history, hypertension, obesity and smoking stopped over 20 years. The scintigraphy was equivocal and the bicycle stress test showed ventricular arythmia at rest and under exercise.
DSCT coronary angiography was performed at a mean heart rate of 64 bpm, a pitch of 0,2 and scan time of 11,5 seconds
