DSCT coronary imaging: Clinical case #I4

A 76-year-old man presented with severe dyspnoea with sudden onset. There are several risk factors including hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes and smoking stopped over 3 years. The bicycle stress test was equivocal and a scintigraphy showed signs of ischemia of the apex, the basal and mid inferolateral and inferoseptal segments and the basal, mid and apical inferior segments.
DSCT coronary angiography was performed at a mean heart rate of 74 bpm, a pitch of 0,35 and scan time of 7 seconds.

Question n° 1/3

What is the risk factor of coronary artery disease taken in consideration the quantitative calcium scores?

Very low, generally less than 5%
Very unlikely, less than 10%
Mild or minimal coronary narrowings likely
Mild coronary artery disease highly likely, significant narrowings possible
High likelihood of at least one significant coronary narrowing
