DSCT coronary imaging: Clinical case #A3

A 74-year-old man presented with severe dyspnoea with sudden onset, and an episode of postprandial thoracic pain. The risk factors included dyslipidemia and smoking. The patient could not exercise because of claudicatio problems. DSCT was indicated because of intermediate pretest probability of coronary heart disease.
DSCT coronary angiography was performed at a mean heart rate of 65 bpm, a pitch of 0,3 and scan time of 7,1 seconds.
