DSCT coronary imaging: Clinical case #A5

A 60-year-old man presented with severe dyspnea and an episode of thoracic pain. The risk factors included diabetes, dyslipidemia and smoking stopped in the past. The bicycle stress test was negative, but scintigraphy showed signs of ischemia of the basal inferior, mid cavity inferior, apical anterior and basal inferoseptal segments.
DSCT coronary angiography was performed at a mean heart rate of 57 bpm, a pitch of 0.28 and scan time of 9 seconds.
