DSCT coronary imaging: Clinical case #I6

A 69-year-old man presented with an episode of atypical chest pain. The risk factors included dyslipidemia and smoking in the past. The patient presented an episode of thoracic pain at a bicycle stress test and the Tc-99m-MIBI scan showed signs of ischemia of the basal and mid antero-lateral segments.
DSCT coronary angiography was performed at a mean heart rate of 56 bpm, a pitch of 0,24 and scan time of 9 seconds.
