DSCT coronary imaging: Clinical case #A9

A 68-year-old woman presented with thoracic pain since several months. There are several risk factors including dyslipidemia, hypertension, and obesity. The bicycle stress test coupled with a scintigraphy was clinically and electrically negative, but showed signs of ischemia of the apical anterior and apical septal segments
DSCT coronary angiography was performed at a mean heart rate of 64 bpm, a pitch of 0,3 and scan time of 8,7 seconds.
