DSCT coronary imaging: Clinical case #A10

A 64-year-old man presented with recurrent precordialgia. There are several risk factors including family history, hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes, smoking and stress. A bicycle stress test was negative, but the scintigraphy showed signs of ischemia of the antero- and infero-septal segments, and the inferior segments.
DSCT coronary angiography was performed at a mean heart rate of 69 bpm, a pitch of 0,3 and scan time of 9,7 seconds.
