DSCT coronary imaging: Clinical case #I9

A 59-year-old man had an annual cardiologic check-up after coronary bypass surgery to the distal segment of the LAD three years ago.
There are several risk factors including family history, dyslipidemia and smoking. The bicycle stress test was normal, but scintigraphy showed signs of ischemia of the apex and apical inferior segments.
DSCT coronary angiography was performed at a mean heart rate of 80 bpm, a pitch of 0,22 and scan time of 15 seconds.

Question n° 1/3
